Aristarchus Crater - One of the Brightest Features on the Moon
Crater is at 10 o'clock near the terminator. In the 1960's, the Russian astronomer, Kozyrev, reported volcanic emissions glowing at the Aristarchus crater. Exciting at the time, but wrong!
