This begins with the first of my over 30 trips to the Soviet Union. It was a UN-sponsered workshop on international cooperation on environmental studies from space. Other pictures are from my visits to Kursk in the Ukraine, more trips to Moscow and then to Krasnoyarsk. Many more trips are to be added, including Leningrad, Altai & Khabarovsk.
